New UX Project는 Galaxy s4의 User Research 중 ‘사용자의 사용 수준에 따라 Basic – Intermediate – Advanced 로 분류하였을때 Basic 사용자가 Advanced 사용자에 비하여 제품 만족도가 낮다’ 는 결과를 반영한 선행 UX 디자인 프로젝트입니다. MOH는 Basic 사용자의 만족도를 높이기 위하여 ‘One hand operation, Easy work flow, Easy layout, Easy access, Easy management‘ 5가지 컨셉을 도출하고 이에 상응하는 UX로 기존 Galaxy의 대표적인 화면을 Re-Design하였습니다. New UX는 Basic 사용자를 고려한 직관적이고 쉬운 UI와 화면 디자인 요소를 절제한 GUI가 특징입니다.
It was the advanced UX design project reflecting the result of VOC for TouchWiz UI which shows low satisfaction from the novice users compare to the advanced users. MOH arrived at the conclusion of the five concepts, easy workflow, easy layout, easy access, easy management and one-hand operation, to improve the satisfaction for novice users and redesigned the solution screens with the concepts.New UX has an extremely intuitive and easy interface and moderated design elements.
